All the big names are gone. Even most of the not-so-big names are gone. But that doesn’t mean there are no more options at cornerback for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pittsburgh is always looking for a bargain, and now is the time to get a lucky and find a solid cornerback on the cheap. Here are four cornerbacks still on the market the Steelers could consider.

Kayvon Webster

Former Denver Broncos cornerback Kayvon Webster has never been able to crack the starting lineup with the Broncos, but that’s not because he cannot play. At only 26 years old he’s got youth on his side but with four years experience to build from. His teammates have said they believe he can be a starting cornerback, and he has a strong friendship with Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown, as they are both from Florida.

Davon House

If the Steelers are considering former Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Davon House, they need to put aside his struggles of 2016. In 2015 he was rock solid and played primarily man coverage. Signing the 28-year-old means you hope he can re-capture that 2015 film, but he would be able to ease in as the nickel CB is the team keeps Ross Cockrell.

Nickell Robey-Coleman

Another option for the Steelers to add a talented slot cornerback is former Buffalo Bills CB Nickell Robey-Coleman. He doesn’t have the size or physicality to be a full-time boundary cornerback, but has the quickness and agility to flourish in the slot. William Gay’s game is starting to slip and Coleman would be an ideal replacement.

Morris Claiborne

The sleeper of this group is former Dallas Cowboys CB Morris Claiborne. Even though he’s never been as good as his draft slot, he has flashed some tremendous skills. His 2016 season was cut short by an injury, but you really felt like he was finally playing up to his potential. The whole situation could turn out to be a big positive for the Steelers if they can feel confident he’s healthy and can get back on track he would come fairly cheap.
